Tile Adhesive is used for applying Cladding, except for Natural stone Walling, where a 1:2 Plaster mix is used.
Plastered and Un-plastered Walls:
Check the wall for any protuberances (high surfaces sticking out), and chisel away.
Fix straight edge to bottom of surface to ensure level starting point.
Plan the pattern carefully before starting to apply to clad.
Bonding liquid can be added to Tile Adhesive to strengthen adhesion.
Have tile spacers handy to level products and retain an even grouting space while you install.
CLEAN AS YOU GO! Excess Tile Adhesive/Grout must be cleaned before it dries, as it will bond to the product.
If additives for Waterproofing are added to the Tile Adhesive, follow the Manufacturers Specifications.
